it's a paper punch
my question is, how in the heck am i supposed to use it?
do i put a sheet of paper on a cutting board and whack this paper punch on it? Or whack the paper punch with a mallet, while pressing down on the sheet of paper?
why do i buy tools that don't come with instructions again?
ah yeah, cause tools rule!
interchangeable end pieces
with hand, for scale

I think that you hold it with your left foot and imagine the outcome and poof, it just happens!
Seriously, I think you put the paper down (on a cutting mat!), hold the tool on the paper as vertically as possible, then give it a whack or two on the top with a mallet or even just a hammer.
Definitely use the mallet!
Such a beautiful tool, where did you get it? I love tools!
Yep, this is the "bang on it with a mallet" type but you can get "silent" ones now...
Basically, you just screw in the nozzle for the size hole you want to make, then place it on the page where you want to make the hole. You then hit the top with a mallet or hammer of some sort and the hole will be created...
If you have other attachment, you can then place an eyelet in the hole, turn it over and press down the edges of the eyelet...hope I haven't totally confused you!!

I think you whack it with a mallet.
Or at least, that sounds more fun to me.
What the heck, give it a go!
Absolutely, tools rool!
Can't leave a craft show without another set!
Can't help you with how to use it though!
thanks so much guys!
i did give it a go with a hammer :)
Cathy...
what do you mean exactly by eyelet?
all my end pieces seem to be made to cut out paper...
