its called a wire jig, and it comes with the above plyers and wire mandrel... i made many many many things like these since i got those two tools:

the said jig has 6 different plates, with several idea sheets each, that can be used to bend the wire in all sorts of formsi used it last night to try and make my own earring wires and bracelet/necklace clasps... what fun!
i made them all out of copper, to practice, but i'll buy, in the VERY near future, sterling silver wire as well, and will be eventually using only my handmade findings for my jewelry
they werent cute enough to take pictures, but i'll post some soon :)
he also got me super cool arts and crafts tools, like wood cutting gouges and such... i havent started playing with those yet... more pics to come!
